Welcome to BRAINBOX, a brain training game experience operated by A.W.C. Consulting LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using our app and website (brainbox.vercel.app), you agree to these Terms of Service.
By accessing or using BRAINBOX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
BRAINBOX provides daily brain games inspired by cognitive science for entertainment purposes. It is not a medical, clinical, or diagnostic tool. BRAINBOX does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Brain Score and related metrics are game features, not clinical assessments.
You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
BRAINBOX is free to use with advertisements. An optional subscription ("BRAINBOX PRO") is available for $2.99/month, which removes ads and provides additional features. Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. There is no free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the subscription management portal.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support for refund requests.
You agree not to: (a) use the app for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the service; (d) use automated tools to access the service; (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) manipulate game scores, leaderboards, or any game mechanics.
All content, design, code, and game mechanics in BRAINBOX are the property of A.W.C. Consulting LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. The BRAINBOX name and logo are trademarks of A.W.C. Consulting LLC.
Game scores, brain scores, and other data you generate while using BRAINBOX are stored on our servers. You retain no ownership rights over game data generated through normal gameplay. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvement purposes.
Free users will see advertisements served by Google AdSense. Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for ad content. Pro subscribers do not see advertisements.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
BRAINBOX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. BRAINBOX is a game experience inspired by cognitive science and makes no claims regarding cognitive improvement, IQ changes, or health outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A.W.C. Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
