A.W.C. Consulting LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates BRAINBOX (brainbox.vercel.app). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect the following types of information:
Account Information: Email address and password (encrypted) when you create an account.
Game Data: Game scores, brain scores, star ratings, streaks, XP, daily activity, and game completion history.
Payment Information: If you subscribe to BRAINBOX PRO, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe may collect billing details in accordance with their privacy policy.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics such as games played, session duration, and feature usage to improve the app.
Advertising Data: Google AdSense may collect data through cookies and tracking technologies to serve personalized ads. Free users are shown advertisements. Pro subscribers are not shown ads and are not tracked by AdSense.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the service; track your game progress, brain scores, and streaks; process subscription payments; display your username on leaderboards (if applicable); send service-related notifications; improve the app experience; comply with legal obligations.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Game data is also cached locally on your device using browser localStorage to ensure a smooth offline experience. Local data syncs with our servers when you are online and signed in.

We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
BRAINBOX is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
BRAINBOX is a game experience inspired by cognitive science. It is not a medical or clinical assessment tool and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Brain Score and related metrics are entertainment features designed to make brain training fun.
